Returns
You may return your product within 7 days of delivery only if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect and the product is unused and in original packaging.
- A proper video is provided that is made while opening the product.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns if:
- The product is used.
- The packaging is damaged.
- The return is based on personal dissatisfaction without product defect.
- No video of opening the product is provided.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will:
- Approve or reject the refund.
- If approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only in case of:
- Damaged product.
- Wrong product delivered.
Shipping Charges
Return shipping costs will be borne by:
- The company (if product is defective or wrong item sent).
